Hands down the best place to get your eyebrows done! Easy, painless and quick. The only thing is I wish they would start doing individual eyelash extensions as one of their services!

Today was my first time here and I will be back. The staff was very friendly and professional. It is a cute store that offers threading, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and henna.
I got my eye brows threaded and my lip and the lady did a beautiful job. ( I forget her name). The place is very clean and I was in and out.
The only problem I had was my gps kept taking me to the wrong address.

My eyebrows were looking fleeky after this visit! I was so excited about my eyebrows because they were the perfect thickness and looked so clean.

The studio was very clean as well! Along with eyebrows they also do nails and sell jewelry! The employee that did my eyebrows was very friendly and hooked me up with some fresh eyebrows.

Had a great experience as a tourist from South US in town for a few weeks in need of a breath of relaxation. I had the best pedicure and spa manicure and the massage chair really helped work out the stress in my body. People are nice and relatable and it was nice to breathe in that fresh air in a city. Easy 5.

$12 for eyebrow threading. Not only is this a great price but service is quick and I've never had to wait long. My brows are even and better looking every time.

Protocol is you sign into the book your name and the service you want which sits next to the front door. The place looks clean and is very neat. My threader was also sanitary in using antibacterial lotion after having had to answer the phone in the middle of my session. As the for the shop, There is a lot of jewelry and oils for sale at the front desk, and if you walk around the neighborhood and see the sidewalk sellers, you know what I'm talking about. The only change I would make is it would be nice if there was some low background music playing to cut the silence. After the greeting and weather talk, it gets rather quiet.

So happy this place is here. I used to have to drive to milford mall to get my brows threaded. My eyebrows always look great afterwards and rarely a wait time.

Always went to the one in Norwalk since Ive learned about threading. Just moved to new haven and was beyond excited that they had the second location here. Professional and clean always. Great prices. Threading the is the only alternative to getting my brows waxed that doesn't break me out and they always ask if you want lotion, they never assume.

I moved here from California and I needed a good threading place. So far I am pleasantly surprised. This place is clean and then women are extremely nice. They are thorough and I am happy with the results.

This review is exclusively for threading. I don;t remember the name of the girl who did them, but she was great! Left a good shape! Good price. I want to try the nail services but the day that I went there, another customer was really upset about her pedicure, it seemed like they did a bad job with the nail polish. I am also concerned because the reviews about nail posted here, are from people that have only that one review. It will be nice if someone could comment on the nail services. At least for threading, I will be coming back.

Amazing job! Great, convenient location and a very clean and well-decorated salon. I had a mani pedi and the manicurist made sure everything was clean, including sanitizing my hands. She was very meticulous especially with my cuticles which were cracked and peeling before I went in. My nails came out great and I even messed on up on my way to the dryer and she redid it immediately. Really fantastic people and their prices are extremely reasonable. They offer pretty much every service. I want to try out more of their services and I have a feeling it's going to be a regular go-to place for routine beauty appointments.

Walked in with my sister to get our eyebrows done - super simple and clean threading, very professional and quick! It took like 5 min per person and cost $10/person + tip! Tipped generously - she did a wonderful job and it's so affordable. Would definitely come back!

My Manicure and Pedicure came out really nice and its perfect even 2 weeks later.The nails person payed closer attention to make the best and i love keep going this place for their good service and i really want bow them for their etiquittes and good service

I hadn't tried threading before, but the person who worked on my eyebrows did a very fast job that was less painful than waxing I've had elsewhere (or done myself at home) and didn't leave the redness that a wax job will do, which always makes walking back into work or another errand a bit awkward.

This place is awesome! It's affordable, and conveniently located in downtown. The salon is very clean, and the woman who threaded my eyebrow was very nice. Overall, great experience here. I've come back multiple times since my first visit.

I've gone here several times to get my eyebrows threaded. The first time I went it was more painful than usual but they did a great job and you could tell they were taking their time to do a good job. I have returned two times since and it wasn't nearly as painful as it had been. The staff is very kind and the prices are very affordable.

Clean place, professional staff, takes walk-ins. I had my eyebrows threaded and during the process they asked if i was happy with the thickness, afterwards they asked if I was happy how they looked and if there was anything that needed fixing. This was my first time getting threaded and it did hurt a bit bit I'm happy with the outcome.

Fantastic and cheap threading job!

I wish I got the name of the girl who did my brows, she's the sweetest! She kept apologizing whenever I winced and was as gentle anyone could possibly be while extracting unruly hairs from your eyelids...she did a top notch job. No stray hairs, no awkward cuts, just perfectly arched brows.

The studio is clean, they accept cards, have a baller groupon out and even sans groupon their prices are the most reasonable in the area. I'll definitely be a reg!

So just got my eyebrows and upper lip lol threaded and since it hurts like hell I was happy my person did it super quick. They were very nice and take walk-ins as I just walked in. They charge $10 for brow and 7 for lip. I wish they had a deal like $1 off always make me feel better when I get a slight discount even just $1.. Anyways I do recommend.

Came here only for threading so I can only comment on that. Decent eyebrows threading for $10. But painful! My threader kept apologising. A lot of the staff are new and in training so be cautious. They're very friendly though. Place is clean and in convenient location.

However, upper lip threading price is ridiculous -- $7?! No.

Surprisingly a great place for a manicure/pedicure which is their newest service. A Groupon deal brought me here so I wasn't expecting too much.

Primarily, they do eyebrow threading, but also offer facials, waxing, nail services and henna. The atmosphere was extremely calm and relaxing, which was a nice surprise, as they are located on one of the busiest intersections downtown. I was also their only customer at the time and last one before they closed. It was super quiet with some soothing relaxation music in the background. That, coupled with a massage chair during my pedicure nearly lulled me to sleep.

The biggest positive for me was the cleanliness. The tools used and nail station were very clean and the woman who did my services was very meticulous. She wore gloves for most of the pedicure and used hand sanitizer prior to my manicure as well as making sure I did the same. All of the staff were very pleasant as well. All in all, a place worth checking out!

I came in with the groupon and very nervous because the reviews say this is painful! There were two lovely South Asian women working, and there was one person in front of me for a threading and a wax...I only had to wait ten mins. It was seamless and totally NOT painful. For those who say it is, man up b/c you're gonna have a hell of a ride if you birth a baby.
Anyhow, it's very quick and the woman who threaded my brows was quick and efficient. I told her I typically like thinner brows so she did one, let me look and then continued on. I am in love with this manner of shaping my brows b/c it was quick (NO more than 7 minutes) and less painful/annoying than tweezing. She wore a glove so it's sanitary, and the salon is cute. They are open Sundays--and street parking in New Haven is free on Sundays. Threading brows is $10 and wax is $12. They also do mani/pedis. Def give them a go. STUDENT DISCOUNTS!

I really love this place! I bought a GROUPON for $12 for 2 eyebrow threading sessions. I normally get my eyebrows waxed but this was one hell of a deal so I had to try it! Let me say, I am very happy I decided to try this place. The threading was pretty fast. As fair as painless goes, I am not going to lie, it hurt pretty bad. I normally groom my eyebrows by getting a good wax shaping and then maintaining the shape by plucking every so often. They were fast, efficient and priced just right! Wonderful job! I just bought another GROUPON for a mani pedi so we will see how that works out! TRY THIS PLACE!!!

Very unreasonable around groupons. Used hand sanitizer...... But overall glad to have a new studio in New Haven... Just need some time to develop customer service etiquette and to work on cleanliness.

I liked the place. They were fast, friendly and clean. Prices are fair. Threading of the eyebrows was as expected, a little more painful than the middle-eastern places I've been but better than others. I also had the gel manicure and they were gentle. It's not a fancy place but I liked it and would recommend it.
